Yet, Proverbs 16:3 reminds us that when we commit our work to the Lord, He establishes our plans and directs our paths. God has a plan for your career that goes beyond what the world defines as success. It’s about using your skills, influence, and opportunities to glorify Him, while maintaining your integrity.
The Weight of Workplace Stress
Studies show that over 70% of young men report struggling with workplace stress (Gallup). Juggling deadlines, office politics, and personal aspirations can often leave us feeling drained, uncertain, and overwhelmed. It’s easy to get caught up in the chase for promotions, recognition, and financial security. But in the midst of this, it’s essential to remember that God is our provider, and He cares about every detail of our lives, including our work.

A mentor can provide wisdom, encouragement, and accountability. As Proverbs 27:17 says, “Iron sharpens iron, and one man sharpens another.” Surround yourself with men who can help you stay grounded in your faith while excelling in your career.
